All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, also known as turnover requirements or playthrough requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable bonus terms. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Bets placed on sports with odds below a specified threshold may not count toward wagering requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or mediation service as specified by our licensing authority. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms & Conditions and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
